Counter Sales Person
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Job Description: Assisting customers with their auto parts questions and needs (either in-person or via telephone). Ability to operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms. Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills: (ideal candidates will possess)
- Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a definite plus,
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal),
- A positive attitude and great personal drive,
- A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
- Availabilty to work on weekends is favored,
- Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful.

Stockroom Associate
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Job Description: The primary function of this full-time/part-time hourly job is to Stock and/or Pull parts in a Distribution Center. You must be able to read numbers and place in appropriate locations based on company stocking system or be able to pull items from shelves. Essential function of the position includes clean-up and general housekeeping of customer area and shipping department; follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.
Required Skills:
- Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure proper placement of parts..
- Must be capable of lifting and moving parts up to 60-lbs on a consistent basis and push/pull 300-lbs using moving equipment.
- Must be able to move engine blocks and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items including hand trucks, dollies, motorized carts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves (8 feet) with use of stool or ladder.
- Must able to work on your feet (stand or walk) for entire assigned work shifts.
- Must be willing to perform other stockroom tasks as assigned by Management.

Paint Store Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Job Description: Monitor store sales performance and identify/solve problems. Work closely with the store manager to establish initiatives and business plans for the store and to resolve store issues. Minimize inventory shrinkage by implementing proper processes and procedures. Create a safe work environment. Ability to plan and assign employee work schedules and more.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school, and/or college degree a plus.
- ASE Parts Certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in paint is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to assist customers with auto-body and finish questions and needs
- Possess a strong character and always deal fairly with both employees and customers.
- Possess personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
- Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting.
- Possess understanding of inventory controls, stocking levels, end seasonal inventory shifts is a plus.
- Possess strong customer relationship management skills .
