Pros:

• Good, fair and competitive pay plus as an employee I got a discount on clothes.
• Nice co-workers, fair compensation and the customers are nice in my store.
• The job benefits at Nordstrom are fantastic!
• I love the flexible work schedule that was offered to me. This is a student job for me so it’s nice to be able to earn some extra money with this part time job at Nordstroms.
• Great pay and flexible hours to work.

Cons:

• There doesn’t seem to be too many opportunities for growth unless you are willing to make it an hourly career. There is nothing wrong with that but I was hoping to get promoted and make more money quicker than what they can handle.
• Late night hours when closing the store. Often times I’m here until 10pm.
• Low pay and I’m in a department that doesn’t sell due to the economy.
