I personally agree with these employment background checks! Many employers are performing now these checks on possible employees in order to prevent hiring unreliable people. Personal safety and financial security are the most important reasons for the use of this method in the workplace. very useful post! thanks for this sharing!

Macy’s is a horrible place to work, the pay is so low and after a year I got a 27 cent raise. I spent a year of my life there for 27 cents. I think any company that wants happy dependable employees should always give commission but not Macy’s, they expect you to be ‘outstanding’ for them when you can’t even pay bills with your check. Oh, and they had the nerve to ask me^ to fill out a form to donate a hourly portion of my wages to their charity!! R u kidding me! I couldn’t afford to pay my bills let alone give money to their charity. I don’t know if all Macy’s operate like this but that’s how Macy’s shoppingtown mall in Syracuse NY works.
