Stop working from home and get to the office everyday to get the important face time you need to stay front of mind. It’s also worth noting that you should try to get to work before your manager does and stay 15 minutes after they leave.

During tough times, it is essential for employees to enhance their skills and marketability so that they can live up to the requirement of their industry. Supplement your educational degrees with higher an online degree or certificates, so that you become indispensable for your organization. Identify your strengths and work hard to improve them.
